Anybody use Ebay lift spindles?
here is a little teaser pic for you guys. they seem pretty well made there's some burs from the machining but not bad. they did come raw tho so ill have to paint them before the install tomorrow. I have a can of red laying around so I guess I'm gonna have red spindles haha
So I went to install the spindles today tear down went great

first thing i noticed was that over all height from ball joint to ball joint was shorter on the new spindles. not really a problem with factory coils but with coil spacers or lift springs like i have would cause the UCA to hit the spring bucket a lot more often and that happens too much as is.
factory

Airbagit, chassis tech spindles.

decided to carry on with the install any way I unbolted the wheel bearing hub assembly form the factory spindles and put them on the new spindles and torqued them put the new spindles on the truck. noticed that the center bore on the new spindles wasn't as tight as i would like it to be to the hub, not horrible but not snug just falls in and out.
Got the spindles bolted up to the truck and this is where the real problems began. with the wheels straight the spindle came in contact with the sway bar so it wouldnt allow for any left or right turning of the wheels

also i had just randomly sitting there decided to spin the hub and guess what it didn't spin. the surfaces for the bolts that hold the hub on were 1/8 inch thinner than factory causing the bolts to stick out of the hub 1/8 inch more and come in contact with the backside of the wheel studs.

so factory spindles went back in. i called up airbagit and the only person they have in right now doesn't know anything all he could tell me was that the right part number issued and that i have to call back on Monday.
on bright side the oil change and tranny fluid change went well. tho i forgot to get a hose to fill the tranny, had to improvise and fill it trough the shifter.
its probably the original 155Kmile fluid in there

All in all its a good thing I didn't get them powder coated eh Matt haha.
I'm just gonna try to return them i don't want another pair of these. ill just put the money towards a hemifever tuner and save the rest for some CST spindles down the road. i mean i have no rubbing with my 35s as is so no rush

Some things just have to be improvised sometimes. My spindles that came with my RC lift made contact with my LCAs and would slightly limit my turning radius. I had to get my angle grinder out and grind down the lip of the LCA at the very bottom on the front and back side. This is a common and known issue with RC
