hmm maybe shoot chrysler or dodge corporation a email. Im sure somebody has ordered a dodge ram from factory before for use in Europe.

There's gotta be aftermarket companies that produce OEM equivilent repair parts for a Dodge Ram in Europe. If not, the dealer can certainly get them.
