Ive got a cheap ($30-40) Canbus bluetooth OBDii plug from ebay and I use Torque (application) on my Droid X.

I can give you the app for Android if you want it

I also have Windows based software as well

ok got my tool in yesterday. ran it this morning and the one thing i did notice that was weird was on the vacuum gauge when i accelorated sometimes it would drop to "0" and the truck would just slug down. i tried this same thing in tow/haul on and o/d off and they only dropped half to -15
it started at idle between 18.2 and 21.8.
sry about the noob question never used this software before

I dont trust the vac guage because no other tuner out there has it. Innovate doesnt, Superchips or Diablo doesnt, no one. So why does a cheap $30 ODBii device have it? IDK but thats why i dont trust the vac gauge.

What version did I give you BTW?

1.4.6 is the latest.

However, if your reading of vacuum goes to zero and at the same time the truck dies then, well, it might just be working right after all.....LOL

IDK about cleaning the carb but you can clean the back side of the throttle body.
