Angry Damn Pine Sap!!!

Well boys, I need to know who has THE single best solution for getting tree (pine) sap off of a truck.

I just spent three weeks up at my farm property in Georgia tilling some fields for planting some crops for attracting deer and dove come fall.
I also spent a few days clearing trees around the pond and making a little ATV course through the woods. Most of the trees are Pine with some Live Oak and Cypress mixed in.
The pollen was flying like crazy but what I didn't realize is that the pine trees were dropping GOBS of sap. I bet I have a good fifty splotches ranging in size from a half dime to a quarter. Still gooey as hell and I know I need to get at them before they harden.

So, what's the best stuff out there to get it off???

I've used wd40 before and it seems to work pretty good. Easy on the paint too.

Yeah, that's my first thought. I've gotten sap up there before, and have used the bug/tar remover, let it sit on the spots for a bit and then hit it with an eraser wheel. This works REALLY well, but gums up the wheel so bad that it then needs to be cleaned after every 2 or 3 spots.
Not a big deal if I have a half dozen or so like normal, but I swear I have over 50 damn gobs of that sh*t all over the truck.

A razor blade and alcohol wipe will take it off the glass, but I was hoping someone had a real easy "miracle" product that they have found for getting it off of the paint quickly and easily...

Hell, I got one that hit the side of the hood and made a streak 4 inches down the side and is hanging like a damn 3/4" long icicle in the wheel well over the tire. Made the 360 mile trip from south Georgia to central Florida and is still there.
I'll have to snap a pic of the summbiotch tomorrow.
Beats all I ever seen and I lived in the Georgia piney woods for 14 years!!!

Denatured alcohol or prep solvent from an auto paint supplier, but a thorough wash job and wax job after will be needed.
