muflers....
Well, I'm at this again. Whay back I had a dual ex conversion on my 06 2500, y pipe cut out and a dynomax ultra flow muffler....Had a few mufflers since than that did not last, I have two ultra flows installed at Calgary muffler and thier doing just fine, But, I got the bug to get better sounding muflers, this stems from all the dodge Rams I see on the I90 in Idaho with meaner sounding muflers, or cut backs.
I want a meanor sounding ex, two mufflers, 2.5 in 2.5 out let that are performance inspired, I have allways had a foundnass for glass packs, but they tend not to last.
Flow masters are what i'm leaning to, what type of flow masters will give me that kick *** sound on throtle, but will stay quiet at idel?

i have a 50 series which probably isn't as loud as your looking for its more of a moderate sounding one. You probably want like a 40 series I have heard those are louder or the super 44. But i like the sound of a more moderate one that i have. it's all personal opinion tho

I am sure the muffler topic has been beaten to death, but here is my 2-cents. I had a Magnaflow #12198 muffler installed on my 2007 Hemi Ram last November. It was a custom install, from the cats back, at a local muffler shop. This muffler sounds awesome in my opinion. Having said that, it does drone on the expressway at cruising speeds, and my wife is not wild about it. A Magnaflow muffler has no restrictions (baffles) like some other brands do. You could literally drop a golf ball through it.
