Ever since I bought my truck my rear drivers door speaker has never worked. In the last year the power door lock stopped working. Decided to investigate and thought that all the postings on DF didn't apply to me. Sooo.....

FYI if something in the doors stop working, look at the harness between the door and the frame, you will probably find broken wires!

Four broken wires found here, two for the speaker and two for the power door locks...NOW FIXED!!!

 

Yeah, wires broken in the rubber boots in the doors are a common issue
