I have another little mod/project I have been working on as well. But it's taking hours upon hours! I'm working on a sick gille for the truck. Kinda like rbp but way better!!

I'll try to get some pics up of my progress. Also in the back of the lift I made lift blocks that the ubolts ran through. They also had integrated brackets in the blocks for ladder bars that I never did install! Ha

Nice fab work... those things almost look like manufactured pieces. You just used the stock lower frame mount for the new upper arm, correct?

I bet that thing drags your jeep around like it isn't even back there.

The factory grill setup looks so good stock, I cant imagine removing it. But everyones got there opinions. Customize it to your own tastes... and post up the progress.

Yep I used the factory lower mounts for the uppers and made the lower arm brackets. I designed them and cnc cut them out myself. I would guess you could do the same setup for a 6" as well.

As for the grille I agree. I do love the look of the stock grille. Im keepthing the frame just cutting out the center cross and building a grille similar to the RBP grille.

Thumbs up

Nice Job!

Did you also write your own program(s) for the CNC operations? Some co-workers of mine do "government jobs". LOL

My jeep is a 93 wrangler. Dana 60's front and rear, 42" iroks, hydro steering, 3-link front and double triangulated 4 link rear. Fox air shocks all around. And only 4" of lift. It's still in progress. It's my 5th one I have built and this one I'm gonna keep around. It's still got body and back seat for the little guys

I don't do my own cnc operations. I just design the part I need and either farm out and have it laser cut at a local shop or I cut it out on the cnc plasma cut table at a friends shop
