Whose got the top brow tinted on windshield?

there is an AS1 line on the windshield. It's fairly small and located on the sides about 4-5" down from the top of windshield. that line is legally the lowest that tint can go but mine is probably an inch to 1.5" lower..

I am on my fourth windshield due to highway travel. Thankfully glass is covered under my insurance, the eyebrow is just below the AS1 line as stated above.
