Not to say that their is a good time to drink and drive because no matter what, it is a dumb *** choice...but 7 a.m! I guess if you have the morals to drink and drive you have the morals to drink at any hour. Sorry to hear about ure truck man. Good luck w/ the repairs. He will get his though from what I understand battling a dui in court is a very costly adventure.
