Default i'll be back, hopefully.

Alright gents got a few weeks left till I deploy with the marines. Thinking of getting recon projector lights on the truck before I go but then I think, what's the point? Ill be gone forever. Lol... maybe when I get back. What should I have the wife do for matenince on the truck when I'm gone? Just drive it around the block once a week?

Thanks to everyone who answers my newbie questions over the few months I've been here. Later

More than around the block. Take it out once a week and get it fully warmed up, then drive a bit more. Keep a battery maintainer on it. Change the oil and filter at least a week before you deploy.

Stay safe and thank you for serving.

i r grunt,

A battery tender is a good suggestion, and make sure she drives it. Like Mike said, just starting it will not do any good, need to get out in it for a while.

We'll hear from you soon, and thanks for your service.
