Default Chrome Stainless or Chrome ABS Handle Covers?

Lookin to put some chrome handle covers on my truck to clean it all up and was lookin at the putco brand handles, only because i see alot of ppl on here using that brand. My question to you guys is, would i be better off getting the chrome stainless or the just the chrome abs handles? Lookin for a permanent fix and dont want nothin that is goin to fall apart on me in a few years. Obviously the chrome stainless seems better, but i didnt know for sure and also wanted to know which kind all of you guys are using and how long you have had yours on for?

Ive got the chrome metal ones and they are stick ons. They have been on the truck for several years now and no issues at all. Once they are they are stuck there.

I have the OEM Plastic Chrome covers, they have a really cheap feeling to them. They also seem to scratch easy. Someone getting into my passenger side put a line on one opening the door with a key ring in their hand.

If I didn't have so much of it, I would remove all the chrome on my truck personally, but I'm not a big fan of it (unamerican I know)
