I wanted a 4x4, but after seeing the used prices around here and how bad the mpg gets, I'm happy with the 2x4.

 

I just traded my '07 4x4 in for a 6.4L 2500. Loved the '07 almost wish I'd kept it. I used a Diablo tuner, turned off MDS and tuned for 91 octane. Power improved a lot, mileage improved as well enough to make the higher price of the fuel a push. Also installed a K&N induction air intake. If you tow you'll appreciate it.

 

Mopar fan here, recently purchased an 05 1500 4.7 4x4 shortbed and looking forward to learning more about the truck, and learning about it's inevitable weak spots, problems, etc as well as it's strong points.

Didn't get too much of a repair history on the truck (Bought from a neighbor, gave me some basic info on what was done, but not when) but for starters I know it at least is in need of lower BJ's, first on my list of things to do.

Bone stock, and will likely be staying that way, except maybe for some comfort or convenience items, and a cap.
