Default 35 in tires

Help thinking of getting new wheels and tires for my truck there 18 in pro comp rims and 35 in procomp tires I want to put them on my 06 dodge megacab 1500 2wd I only have a level kit on it anyone running this setup and how does it look thanks

I heard that as long as you got a leveling kit it shouldn't rub but with a 2x4 it is pro ally going to rub so maybe you could get a body lift

It'll fit. My '05 2500 just has a level and I've got 35's. You MIGHT have minor rubbing at full turn depending on the profile of the tire. I have just a tiny bit when at full turn and a bit of articulation in the suspenion.

I figured it would rub because it was a 2x4 they sit lower than a 4x4

some of the 2500 2wds look lower than the 1500 2wds

Ya not really sure about a body lift but u was also thinking if a spindle lift any done that

Yea u can get lift spindles that should let u clear 35s

well spindles alone wont let you clear an aggressive 35 on a 2wd generally. You might get lucky and get a set that are closer to 34 and they fit.

and Ive seen one set of spindles for a mega 2wd. they were really expensive
