Drivin into work today listenin to the radio like i always do and all of a sudden my radio starts changing stations..almost like someone is pushin the seek button..so i thought that is a lil wierd and so i changed it to another station and sure enough it did the same thing..so i thought wtf is goin on..so i put in a cd and it played just fine no problem at all..so this has got me so stumped on what to do..any suggestions on what i could do or have you guys ever heard of these trucks doin this? Oh and by the way, it is the stock single disc stereo

 

Do you work or drive through a cemetary?

Honestly, I don't have the slightest clue. My only guess would be you have a stuck/loose button or one of your wires might have a bad connection.

The other day i was at work on my lunch break. I turned the radio on and after a couple of minutes the volume went down by itself.

I look at it and turned the volume up and almost inmediately the volume turned down again. And i was like "wtf is wrong with you?"

Well it has not happen again but it was weird.

Mine still has the factory radio/6 disc changer!!

 

Could find a stock deck for $20 on kijiji and swap it out?

 

If it is the same year and type, sure. If it were me I would replace it and get better sounds all at the same time

Yea it did it to me last nite when i was backin into my driveway again..but this morning when i drove into work, it was fine..didnt move one bit. So who knows what is goin on..if it keeps up i will end up replacing it..it is just really weird..it wont change too much..had it on 92.5 and it switched it to 91.6..

 

You could find a priest and have an exorcism done.

I got a wacky cousin who got diagnosed as being possessed by her church a few years back. They called in like 2 priests and a cardinal who performed an exorcism.

Then they handed her a whopping bill for the service that she couldn't afford to pay, so they REPOSSESSED her...

What do you think is the difference of an aftermarket vs stock?..i got the infinity sound right now and i think it sounds way better than my last truck did with aftermarket stereo and speakers..
