can you take the shell apart from the actually mesh of the grille? Because I want this grille but Id like the shell to color match my Truck

Yes it can be seperated, I sold my old grille today and will be using that money to have the shell painted to match.

Well getting the grille painted to match is on hold because I'm buying new brakes next week, but I was off yesterday & today so I painted the grille Matte Black. I think it looks even better now.
