Who makes a lift kit for a 2004 2WD 2500?

Default Who makes a lift kit for a 2004 2WD 2500?
I recently purchased a 2wd a 2004 2500 HD with the 5.7 Hemi... NO ONE MAKES A LIFT... what gives? Anyone know of any company that has anything other than the leveling kit?
