IMO if you're gonna go off-road, lose the 20s and get some 17s with an aggressive mud tire. 20s just don't offer the sidewall flex or room to air down for off-road.
Unless you are just doing the aggressive tires for looks and not function. Tough to beat the look of big honkin' wheels.
Popular choices are the Mickey Thompson MTZ, Nitto Trail or Mud Grappler and Toyo Open Country M/T.
Mickey Thompson also just came out with a more road friendly version of there super popular off-road king Baja Claw tire called the Baja Claw TTC...

Yeah, I agree, 33s are gonna look small. That truck has too much lift for 33s.
$300 is about the going rate for a good, name brand 35" tire. You can find some cheaper, but usually have to buy sooner because the rubber compound just isn't of the same quality. A cheaper tire usually ends up costing more in the long run...
