Question Tinted Tails

Hey, anyone have any experience with Lamin-X tint for their tails? I have a 2007 and tinting them just looks like it'll be really tough to do, especially with the mounds on them.

This is what I found, but I just want to see if anyone has used it on their tails before I buy them. Thanks!

yea, tinting the tails using lamin-x looks like it'll be a pain in the @ss and not worth the effort. I also thought of going the VHT route, but even that looks like it'll be a lot of effort. hmm, I guess I just need to guage how bad I want my tails to be smoked.

you cannot do them right with the smoked vinyl, only the 02-05 tails can be done with it, or 09-11, the bubbles will make it all kindsa funky...i have a set of 04 i just took off yesterday and they have been done with metrodecals.com smoked vinyl for over 2 yrs and still look new...
