5.7 hemi spark plugs?..05 ram 2500

Any ideas as far as brands and models go? any help would be
appreciated thanks

Thanks just bought the truck and I'm not sure when the last time the spark plugs where changed would like to know how to check them? Do you think its smart to just change them to be safe?
