Default Body lift

Hey guys, does anyone know of someone that makes like a 1-1.5" body lift?
I know it sounds silly, but I don't want to go to much higher than I am. I am leveled with 35's but thinking I might like just a tad more height. Any info would be great, thanks guys.
Oh I have a 2007 1500 4X4

I haven't seen anything other than 3" body lifts for 3rd Gens. I know with a 2nd Gen you can get 2" or 3" kits...

If you do the hockey puck thing you dont have to extend anything. That's what OE did

Hockey pucks are VERY dense, and is the traditional old school way. They just drilled a hole in the center and fit it between the mount and body.

I think you can find 1" lift blocks though. Performance Accessories actually makes a 1" kit, it might fit

So who is OE? I find it hard to believe that there isn't a kit out there somewhere, or that I couldn't just build one if I new what I needed. You don't think I would have to relocate the bumper brackets with 1"? What about the steering or gas tank line?
I have explored and humored the 3" lifts but I just think it will be to much for my liking. Any one that can help please chime in.... IDEAS????

Don't do a home brew body lift! The bumpers will be 1" from the body.

Bummer that there's nothing but the 3", which relocates the bumpers. If you've read the instructions for that kit, you know what's involved. Some things might not be necessary with just 1", but you never know.
