Well, it's not a Dodge, nor does it have a Hemi. It does have a big block though!!! Relatively speaking ofcourse.

I peeled off the headlights and changed them so it doesn't look such like an S-10.

got new shocks, springs, and had to upgrade the a-arms cuz I broke one of the stock one's running into a tree.

currently w/body off. It does fit over cage.

1/8th scale Monster truck. It weighs 15lbs with all the crap I added and will do about 43mph. It's a Nitro powered 4wd 4.6cc(.28ci..lol)3.75hp Wheelie on demand!
~10ft high and 35ft long was my furthest clean landing jump at WOT off a 6ft high dirt pile. This video isn't me, but another MGT owner that does some crazy jumps. Fun to even watch.

It's a fun toy. expensive if you break stuff, but it keeps me occupied and all the mods are cheaper than the real deal..lol
I pulled the engine and ported the sleeve and crank. I ran one tank through it yesterday and OMG. It's at top speed in 150ft feet. That's 2sec. Talk about some g-force.

They are very neat toys. I have one like that that I bought 8 years ago. They can get expensive to fix or even maintain, but they are fun. My motor they say has seen its better days but still runs and gets up there. And as you have figured out, you have to watch out for those trees. If you thought gas was expensive for your truck, it is something like $23 a gallon for these little things.

Actually my first gallon I paid $38 for...lol Then i bought 3gal at once and it brought the price down to $30/gal.
My tank is 150cc's. That's 6.5 tanks per 1qt. of fuel which means 26tanks per gallon. I can run through a tank in 8-10min at WOT. If I averaged 40mph(WOT) for all 26 tanks. That's 3.5-4hrs WOT getting 140-160mpg's.

I feel like a little kid every time I take the Savage out. Expensive hobby, but definitely a lot of fun.

Def fun hobby. I just got a Stampede, and bought a Dodge Ram body from HPI. Looks like a little mod needed to make it fit. Any of you guys tried to find a Ram body? Seems few and far between.

No I was talking about at the beginning where they race a monster truck vs a rc monster truck, and the guy in the real truck runs over the rc truck.
