Default how to get my tires to hook up!

i cant punch my truck under 40 without spinning tires, i really dont like it. i want the rear end to hook up and go! not sit there and spin! what do i do?

get different tires. The stock HP's on my truck sucked. Theywould spin whenever. My Coopers grabvery well. I can only spin on a power braake or if it's wet out and I have 3.92's.

I will trade you my rims and tires. They are almost guaranteed not to spin.

Didnt we already go over this? Or was that a different person? In anycase, WIDER TIRES and CALTRACS, then learn how to launch your truck. You cannot just floor it and expect it to hook, just not going to happen. Max 50% throttle til 30mph and then lean into it more on the street. At the track with Drag Radials 50%-75% throttle off the line then go WOT, Slicks 75%-100% throttle depending on how well they heat up.

@ Truckin151 - we did go over this recently but I think it was with someone else

@ ah21283 - you got at least 6-7" lift to clear them? Each one of my tires and rims weights a good 100lbs together.
