You can get them all over the place. Dealer price is usually around $150, online you can try MoparDodge.com, DodgePartsPeople.com, Amazon.com or ebay.

Just remember you use the one piece bar with the two hooks on it.

It's also not too difficult to fab a set up. You pull the plastic piece out between the upper/lower bumper and you'll see the mounting holes. Make you up a plate to fit with holes in the right spots and bolt/weld a hook to it.

I haven't ever liked tow hooks, I'm more of a shackle kinda guy and will fab up D-rings for shackles for just about anything.

Here besides my shackles, you'll see the mounting bolts for the factory tow hooks as many grill guards and bull bars utilize them for mounting...

I tend to weld or bolt a "D" ring to just about anything. When I walk thru the front door at Tractor Supply they are used to watching me walk straight back to the section with "D" rings, shackles and grade 8 bolts, LOL...

haha i love grade 8 hardware, nice to know there are other people that do to. i have that same d-ring on my trailor! mine is bolted on the deck with steel plate on the top and bottom with of course grade 8 hardware. i do not trust my welding or even my welder to weld then on my truck. what do you guys think of these they look good? free shipping also. oh yeah but the hardware looks like it needs and upgrade!

They look ok, but if they don't come with them, I'd make a backplate for them will make it a LOT stronger...
