The limitations of an '03 don't really affect tuning for boost. You will need to install larger injectors, a 2 Bar MAP sensor, and purchase a Diablo Predator with a custom tune. The custom tune will handle all the engine tuning needs other than increased idle speed / RPM limit increase (not needed with a turbo capable cam) and increase speed limiter. (Superchips can) 5.7 cam will still work, custom turbo cam or 6.1 cam / springs will be better.

The only kit I am aware of is from STS. I would go with a MP76 turbo or what STS calls a GT67 and 60# USCAR injectors.
