Finally some pics
I finally got some pics to post. I haven't got the nerve up to wetsand them yet but I thought the clear went on pretty smooth. I masked off the backup lense area of the taillights and the part of the lense in the third brake light that lights up your bed. I thought they looked pretty cool. Let me know what ya think. Also while I was working on her Saturday I switched my brake pads over to ceramic pads and painted all my calipers and caliper adaptors.

Thanks guys. I put two coats of VHT on and four coats of clear. Yea I know the garage door opener is really close... lol. The pic actually is deceiving because there is just a little over an inch between the opener and my satellite radio antenna. So much for getting any taller tires.

I finally got the nerve up to wetsand and buff these out and if I do say so myself they turned out awesome. I am really glad I wetsanded them and buffed them I think it made a world of difference. I wetsanded them with 2000 grit and hand buffed them with Meguiars Ultimate Compound, that is some sweet stuff. I put a good thick layer of compound on and rubber the hell out of them, wiped them off, and did a second round of rubbing compound. Then rubbed them somemore with a microfiber towel. It's like I had read on a thread, the more you rub them the better they will look. Here are a few pics of them all done.
