Is there any potential problems if I did these mods?

I just bought a 2005 1500 5.7L V-8 Hemi. It has 66,869 miles on it. Runs great so far. It's completely stock and well that is a no go for me. I was going through the FAQs forum and found a lot of great information. Based on that information I came up with a list of MODs I want to do to the truck. I was told that some MODs don't work good together so I was wondering if I did these mods to it could I run into any problem? I was also wondering if there is a certain order I should do these in or does it not matter?
Muffler: Flowmaster 40 single in/dual out
Chips: Superchips 3865
Tires: Toyo Open Country AT's
Oil Filter: Mobil 1
Headers: JBA or Pacesetter LTs
CAI: K&N
Spark Plugs: Champion Copper Cores
Shocks: Fox Racing 2.0
Suspension lift: Sky Jacker or Fabtech 3"

I would do the CAI, muffler and Superchip, in that order.
The DIY CAI is the absolute best bang for your buck.
The flowmaster is the worst choice I can think of, possibly worse flow than the stock can you have now. Magnaflow is one of the very best, won't rust through in the first year like the "flows", and is priced very reasonably.
The other stuff is really up to preference.
