Default What is the best (budget friendly) way to get a 1"-2" Lift

I have an 02 ram 1500 5.9 QC I want to lift it 1-2 inches all around whats the best easiest fair priced way to get that. I've heard of quick lift shocks for the front , or the torsion key, Im pretty sure my model doesn`t have struts so strut lifters wouldn't work. Then spacer blocks for the rear. I know I'll have to buy new shocks all around because mine wont be long enough. Any ideas would be appreciated.

4x4 or 4x2?
If 4x2 it's a coil over front, so no keys, but quick lifts don't work on 4x2s. So it's pretty much pucks.

If it's a 4x4, then as an '02 it's a torsion front, so again, no quick lift coil option, but you can crank the key bolts for free and get up to 2" of lift.

Yeah, pretty much blocks for the rear and you'd want longer shocks all the way around...

Front level and 1 inch body lift. That's prob what I would do.
