go with a BL and level it out, that is what i did , my signature picture is what it looks like when its done , you can get a PA body lifft from amazon thats where i found the cheapest and it came with everything needed . 1 day and some in the garage by myself and it was done . i have a 04 1500 4x4 and with that 3 in BL it sits higher than a 2500 now !! its not to much but sounds like what u r looking for !
