Rustoleum Bed Liner Question
Since having the truck a few months now, finally getting to the nitty gritty of making it look nice. My last ram I used just a semi-gloss rustoleum paint in a quart for my underbody...so with wanting to do the silver truck I hit my local Lowes up, and picked up a can of normal rustoleum paint and a can of rustoleum bed liner. I tested a couple areas with the bed liner and I really think it looks nice and durable. Is this a bad idea or good idea for my underbody? Another question, How do you guys keep your wheel well plastics looking nice? Mine are starting to peel.
It won't hurt anything to do the underside with the bed liner stuff. Many people have had their undercarriages sprayed with Rhino Liner or Line-X. It works like undercoating.
I haven't had any issues with my plastic liners yet. I would clean them up and put the bed liner on them as well.

Ok cool, that is what I was thinking. I am not sure if I like the looks of the Rustoleum brand bed liner. Too smooth of a finish. Maybe I am applying it wrong? I am using a foam brush.
Ya that could get really expensive lol. A can of rattle bed liner is about 10 bucks and does not last long haha. I am going to try Duplicolors bed liner sometime this week, I will let you know how it goes.
