Looks good!

This is something I've been thinking about for quite sometime with my truck. Just cant decide if I'll like the finish look or not.

Wheels look great, I think you should black out your badging.
'twould look great with the black wheels.

yeah I bought an eraser wheel a while back to do the debadging but I am leaning more towards blacking them out. My next mod heavily on my mind is my headlights. Some sort of blacked out halo style possibly.

I just have to figure out how to do it. I've heard that you can just load the plasti dip on real heavy around the badges making it easy to just pull off the clearcoat. Not sure about debadging them to paint them and reapplying them on. That leaves a lot of room for error in terms of straightness and spacing. Taping it all off seems like the most viable idea so far, yet taping off inside the "00" and what not seems like a big *** headache. any suggestions?

awesome dude thanks for the tip. FYI...after checking out some of the videos this seems to be the most straight forward and helpful one.

Thanks for that! Really helps as he has the same wheels I have. Worry I had was it looking goofy with the big hub cap that the 3/4 and 1 tons have. Looks awesome though.

Now to get my truck back from the shop (been there for 6 weeks with a blown tranny) and to find time to do this.
