I'd start hitting Craigslist, ebay and cruising for local junkyards. If it wasn't such a PITA, I'd say go for the hemi. If you need this for a driver, definitely find a 4.7 (the guys on here should be able to tell you what years are interchangeable), drop it in and get back on the road.
