That's an excellent price, most people comment that they can't find anyone in their area to come near what my local 4x4 shop charges and they are $600 per axle for gears, install kit and labor and sell the DTT for $550, which would be $1750 compared to the $1650 you spent. I know 4 Wheel Parts in Jacksonville just quoted a forum member just over $2600 for the same thing...

The shop i normally take it to quoted $2400. I am a contracting guy by trade so I know how to shop around. There is a street rod shop out where I live that started working on the newer cars when economy took a hit. told me you buy the parts and $275 front $225 rear for labor after tax $552. All parts including truetrac were $1098. Deffinatley wasn't complaining saving that much. I have engaged 4x4 all works well and very happy with the results.
