Default my cylinder heads are "drilled too big"

took my 03 in to get the power seat fixed for free. I asked about the tick/knock comming from the engine. I figured they would just say it was the hemi tick, but I asked anyway. The lady calls to tell me its fixed and that the engine noise was because on the earlier rams, the cylinder heads were "drilled too big" and thats why it was making noise. I just chuckled and said ok... figuring the mechanic tried to explain to her the hemi tick and she just didnt get it.

Anyway... that being said. how much work is it to change to 6.1 pushrods? Anybody have any guess how much a reputable shop would charge to do the swap?

It is noise from too much clearance in the valve guides, so she was correct in a round about way.
