If the thing was in PERFECT shape, with almost absolutely no options and VERY LOW mileage, it'd be about a $10k truck in my area.

Last year I shopped my '04 QC Hemi 4x4, only 47K miles on it at the time, absolute mint condition WITH WELL OVER $13,000 IN MODS, and I was getting offers like $12,500 to $14,000 from dealers looking to trade on a new CTD...

In the condition you say that truck was in, I'd say you were right in thinking $4k...

 

I wouldn't even have looked at that truck. That thing is a mess
