Shops in GTA
Hello everyone, I'd like to ask advice from Ram owners in the Greater Toronto Area on shops that can do major repairs.
I do all the minor stuff on the truck myself (brakes, oil, other fluids, electronics, etc.); but for major stuff I neither have the tools nor the experience to attempt them, and the only place that I know of and trust is the dealer, but those guys take a big bite out of my wallet every time.
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a shop that they trust for major repairs on these trucks?
Any other thoughts that would have reduce costs would also be appreciated,
Thanks,
Kaveh

let's say as far as engine stuff, I paid a fortune last year to replace some oxygen sensor. The problem was, normal shops couldn't even figure out what the problem was. Only the dealer knew.
I don have any particular repairs in mind right now, was just trying to find alternatives to the dealer for repairs that are a bit more complex in nature, engine, transmission, drive train, etc.
Do you do those stuff yourself?
Hi, By help I meant ask around and find some shops or connections in the area, however if you live in the Durham or Halton I wouldn't be any help.
I usually get it diagnosed by someone else and then if at all possible do the repairs myself. Mostly I use the search function here, someone has always done it before you, no need to reinvent the wheel.
