Can you see the shocks? If you can get a name of the brand, it could limit the options.

With that being said, it could also be a combination of a body lift and suspension lift.

With the amount of space under the bed, I would say there's a definite 3" BL. Maybe 6" suspension and 3" body? Looks about right.
Also, rims look like they're 18", and the body comes to about the top of the wheel, as opposed to the middle of the wheel at stock height.
This would also indicate ~9" of lift, give or take an inch.

I see 4" spindles, but no spacers on the springs. Could indicate 7" of lift with a 3" BL, or 9" if the springs are 2" lift springs.
With what I can see, I'm going to stick with my original 9" theory.
6" rear: 3" blocks and 3" BL && 9" front: 4" spindles, 2" coils and 3" BL

It looks like you got some tire rubbing going on in the front by your upper control arm... You might want to take a look at that before it causes problems for ya. Might need to get some wheel spacers up front to give those massive tires some more room.
Good looking truck you got, what kind of front bumper is that? Looks like a good, solid piece of metal instead of the stock one.

Welcome to the forum, there's a wealth of info in here, if you can't find it then feel free to ask

Im no expert at all on lifts/leveling kits/body lifts. I also got my truck with the truck being lifted but was told it had a 4 inch lift. I came down to the conclusion mine had a slight level and a slight body lift. I could be wrong but from what i've seen trucks with a leveling kit or just a suspension lift you can't see through your truck. Mine has a about an inch gap that you can see through, just like yours does(only yours is at least a 3 inch gap). I came to the conclusion that mine had the a leveling/body lift bc the shocks are not changed and bc of the gap. Once again I am no expert at all on lifts. I would suggest getting a cover for the gap in the back. I absolutely hate being able to see through it, to me it just looks tacky. I know I haven't gave a solid answer to your question bc i just don't have the sufficient knowledge bc ive never done any mechanical mods to my truck. Good luck with solving your question.

I was gonna say I couldn't believe that thing ain't blowing CVs at a regular clip with that much lift and those size tires on a 1500, but then I saw the pic of the front suspension - NO CVs, LOL...
