Anyone ordered from WPE lately and actually received it?
Has anyone ordered from Watson Performance Engineering lately? It's been 7 weeks since I ordered my cam and still no camshaft or let alone a tracking number. Being that I have already paid for the cam one would think that they would at least want to figure out what's going on with it. I've called numberous times with no answer, and sent plenty of emails with no response. Just wondering if I'm the only one frustrated with them at the moment. I just sent Crane Cams an email to see if they will grind the same cam for me, and then just dispute the charges with my bank against WPE. Never has such horrible customer service. Sorry for my rant lol.
Listen, when I'm in Florida (which is currently about 3/4 of the time anymore) I'm 2.8 miles from them. I've driven by there and yanked on the door about a half dozen times during M-F business hours and it's been locked, no lights on.
When it was KRC and Marty was there, you could pull in there about from 7:30 am till about dark, at least 5 days a week and shoot the sh*t with Marty.
To top it off, the door has a sign on it on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper with a handwritten "Watson Performanc Engineering" on it in black magic marker, single piece of scotch tape.
Not exactly confidence instilling...
Marty is good people, he's actually stopped by here with his wife since he's gotten out of the performance gig and we shot the sh*t for quite a while. These guys that took over - I don't know them, but I ain't likin' what I'm seeing...

Yea I've heard nothing but good things from when it was still KRC. I'm starting to feel like I just had $400 stolen from me. I have absolutely everything I need to do the cam swap except for the most important part, the cam it's self. I have even emailed Comp Cams to see if they can try to track it down, but haven't heard anything back yet. Crane cams emailed me back with in like 30 mins today, they said if I had all the specs for the 210X cam they could see if they could make it, which I'm sure they can since they have made them before. I'm just beyond frustrated right now, 7 weeks is a long time to be waiting.
I personally would send one more email and give them one more day to give you a verifiable tracking number, and tell them that the charges will be disputed if you don't receive that number. If no number is received, dispute the charges before you run out of time with the card company. Regardless of what their reasoning is for the lack of communication, it's your money on the line and you need to protect it. If they really were working on your order, they would have responded to your requests in the first place.
Sorry to hear of the poor customer service you have received, but I'm also glad I know in case I wanted to order from them in the future. I wish you the best on this.

I took your advice and sent out one last email to Levi, Dalton and the sales services. If I don't have tracking number by tomorrow I'm going to dispute the charges and go somewhere else to get it made. Hopefully I'll hear something back, but I doubt it.
Well I just talked to Comp Cams and apparently neither my name, address, or phone number is anywhere in there system. So pretty much the request never got sent to them at all to grind my cam, just got scammed pretty much. Lxman which Inertia Cam do you recommend for a heavy quad cab?
