If it were me, my next move would be to remove the Flowmaster and replace it with a muffler with a CFM rate better than the stock muffler was.
Those chambered mufflers sound ok, but flow like sh*t. I'd be looking for something that flowed at least in he upper 400 to 500 cfm range...

and if you've still got the factory "Y" - it really needs to go and be replaced with a Magnaflow "Y", stainless and it flows about 2487304% better. Best of all, it's only about $25...

x2 on replacing the stock Y if you have not already
Popular Magnaflow Y to use w/ stock exhaust manifolds

If you have the SC3865 then look into unlocking the custom transmission options that's available. Meant to be night and day once adjusted.

I guess they should call them Flow Laughters because their a joke.. The system was on the truck when i bought it.. I do have the SC 3865 so i'm going to get on their website and see if i can download what your talking about.. I guess i'll try the Magnaflow Y and have a shop install it on the Flow Laughter system and see what happens..

The Flowmaster isn't your problem at this point, since the intake/exhaust process is only as good as the worst flowing component. The Flowmasters have about the same CFM rate as the stock muffler had - it's the POS "Y" that's your most restrictive component at this point. But when you install the Maggy "Y", it'll be that muffler...
This would be the Maggy "Y" on the left and the stock one on the right. You can see the stock one basically crimps the existing exhaust pipes in half and scrunches them in there!
