Help with superchips

I've found through the years (I've had one SC tuner or another on my truck since '05), that their truck side programming guys are really good, probably the best out there as a whole, but their PC (Windows) programming guys leave a bit to be desired. Their interfaces have been lacking and some of their upgrades/tweaks have not gone too well and it seems to take a pretty long time to work out the PC interface "bugs" that pop up. I mean for example, they do a major upgrade on the software side and you no longer have an account and have to re-register? How hard is it to port over the user information??? And the interface/screens have been very confusing and cumbersome at times as well.
But yeah, the tuner itself is fantastic...

The tuner is good for baseline bump definitely. I am going a bit nutty trying to get my user defined trans tune options sorted out. There a lot of maps to lay out in front of one another.
I want to keep the truck up shifting at 2000 rpm from 50% throttle or less in all gears, a normal range 50%-85%, and 85%-100% normal max shift points. The difficulty comes when I try to lay down the downshifts over those shift points. I keep winding up in a loop.
I wish I had a better user interface to work with, like HP tuners has. Excel works in the meantime. Its just tedious.
At least for now, I figured out that I have to do the downshift schedule before the upshift schedule.
This is my first whack at visualizing my downshift schedule:
And for those of you who don't know me from the 2nd Gen section, this is probably the start of my eccentricity towards this truck.
