Default swapping my lift for my friends lowering kit

Hey all haven't posted here in a while but here I am.
Question and im pretty sure I already know the answer but I want to be safe before we are both out trucks waiting on parts.

I have 2002 qcsb 4.7l 2wd with 3in rough country springs and 3in airbagit spindles up front 1.5 blocks out back sitting on 35s

He has 06 2wd qcsb 4.7l with a lowering kit Im not sure on what components as i haven't Physically looked at them.

Our plan would be swap my lift components for his lowering components and swap wheels and tires. I know my truck wont need anything in this process other than eventually wanting some bump stops His truck on the other hand I'm not sure about, I remember reading that 06 and up lifting requires longer brake lines or just swapping L for R. is there anything else?

I see issues with the 06 having a slightly different front end than your 02. Could be wrong though since they're 2wd.

All the lifts for 2WD 3rd Gen 1500s show fitment for '02-'08. They are all pretty much the same coil over setup. I don't think you'll have any issues. If he needs to lengthen the brake lines, they are pretty cheap...

A 3" coil spring is going to cause his UCA to hit the spring bucket.
