I'm having the same issue with my '02. RH headlights and front turnsignal all are not working. I haven't checked the grounds yet. I did however disturb the ground on the RH side fender near where the stock airbox is located. Could this ground be the issue. Is there a link posted here for service manuals or schematics?

Thanks! Figured it out first thing this morning. That is exactly what happened too, installed my CAI and left the ring terminal behind the bracket. Moved it to between the bolt and the bracket and now all is well.

Is it safe to assume you do not need a flash from the dealer when you replace the PDC?

Correct. No flash needed for replacing PDC or replacing the FCM module. I finally fixed my lamp out problem and it was the FCM (small silver module) that is attached to the PDC.
