Default Need some ideas for upgrades.

I'm looking to upgrade my 08 Ram hemi however I don't want to do any engine work just yet. I already have exhaust (cat-back), DSP 91 Tune, and CAI. So my question is, what are some minor things I can do to increase HP and top end? Thanks in advance.

Without touching the engine? Powerwire. Thats about it before you get to headers, cams and all that jazz

Yep, e-fan is about the most bang for the buck, freeing up a good 14-18 RWHP and getting a good mpg or two at the same time...

I'd opt for a Superchips tuner so you can have full control over the transmission. DSP only does a small portion of what the superchips can do in that aspect. I sold my DSP, went to my Cortex and will never look back!My truck shifts soooo much better and it feels like I did a bunch of mods already! Partial upshifts/downshifts and Torque management control is the shiznit!

I made a thread in the FAQ section labeled "Superchip compilation", you should check it out.

Speaking of going to an E-fan. Which one works with an 08 5.7? How hard is this to install?

Less drag on motor = better performance.

Things will let you gain little more acceleration and better response : change the restrictive Y pipe if you didnt do that yet , keep your tb clean by fitting an oil breather filter and block the hose entrance on your CAI, change the full throttle sensitivity add it 15 or 20% ,add rev. limit in drive and change the 1-2 and 2-3 wot shifting points, open the speed limit, disable MDS if you like.

I've been running the Flex-a-Lite 180 Extreme since late '05, super easy install and everything is included in the kit. Good instructions too. Fits right inside the stock shroud.

Many opt for the Taurus or Mark VIII fans from pick 'n pulls, but I find they draw a LOT more amps than the Flex-a-Lites...
