I've decided 100% with the Bilstein 5100 Leveling shock, but I feel like I still want to lift the rear at least 1". Heres some info, this truck is only street/highway use, NO OFF-ROAD and when I tow a trailer, its a 20ft flatbed with a car on it with a total weight of about 6k lbs including car and trailer, I do get a sag and when I put my 2" leveling, the sag will get worse, I tow about once or twice a month and when I do tow, its usually 500miles or so, I still would like to lift the rear about 1" with blocks but is there something else that will lift it/level it at least when im towing? Any ideas would be helpful, TIA

I don't have them personally so no unfortunately. I know Hammer has the Firestone ones and they work great for him.

 

Call Bilstein, or go to their website. They state they sell the rear shocks to match the front ones to make a matching set.I was interested in these also but they don't fit the 2500's.

Just replacement shocks, they will not lift your rear at all. @ StPete, they do make a 5100 for the rear 2500 as thats exactly what I have. Try this site, its where I bought mine. Much better than the stock shocks.

Arctodus, thanks for the link but it's the front leveling shocks that's not recommended for the HD's. That's to bad too, would of been nice to level the truck with just adding shocks. I know the Ranchos have a similar shock but I believe the most it'll raise the front is 1.5". I'm looking for an even 2".

 

Well, I have 2.5 in levelers on mine, it leveled it quite nicely. Hell bent steel, they were like $80 or something. Spacers is all you need, then I upgraded to Bilstein 5100 all around.

 

With the towing, I would second the airbags. They can raise the rear a bit in normal conditions and keep you level when towing.

Keep in mind you need nearly 2.75" of lift in the front to be dead level front-to-back. The Bilstein's will get you ~2", so the rear will still be higher.
