It's actually quite tame on my truck at idle, even a bit mellower than the Flowmaster 50HD I replaced, but it wakes up BIG TIME when you hit the gas and more importantly, it flows a lot better and doesn't drone in the cab like the FM did...

i just orderd it off amazon so it sould be here by the end of the week hopfully. What kind of tips would you recommend. Im not going to put the exhaust out the back like it alrdy is. I want to put it out infront of the rear tire to give it a nice custom look.

This is a former moderators truck, one I've done quite a bit of work on and the one that convinced me to get an Extreme. With the pipes being that short - be prepared for LOUD!!!

Well, that would probably work for you. I have more of the 4x4 mind-set and think about stuff underneath catching on crap...

Love those rectangular tips. I have the pipes exiting right there, but I haven't been able to find good rectangular tips to finish it with. There's a good distance between the pipes to accommodate the width of the tips, so it looks pretty goofy without them.

I think Gibson Exhaust offers those tips.
