I have a 2006 ram 1500 quad cab with the basic sound system in it and some of the back lit lights went out and i'm wondering how i can replace them. If you can replace them at all.

i know how to take the radio out and i've looked at it but haven't taken out the torx screws that hold the front face place on, off yet. Wanted to know if it was possible or where i can buy the lights from.

 

anything is possible but this isnt likely worth the time honestly. just buy another oem unit or after market

Definitely aftermarket. Screw OEM.

 

If i buy the woodgrain trim piece for the navigation unit (that didn't come with the truck) is it good to fit any double-din radio or does it have to be a specific size radio?
