Hello, recently I've been having problems with 3rd gear slipping on my 07 5.9L Cummins. I took it to them and they are saying it's going to need a rebuild. The truck has only about 90k miles on it... Has anyone had any experience with this place? The price from them (<$3,000) is low compared to what I've seen online because they rebuilt the valve body on this transmission about 3 months ago already, so they aren't including that in the rebuild price. I'm just looking for any experiece from others before I go ahead with this, I've only had this truck for a year and I really don't want to be dealing with transmission problems for the rest of the time I own it... I've already had it in twice in the year I've owned it.

The upgrades planned for the truck are fairly basic, exhaust, intake, and the Bully Dog PMT which I already have, but I currently never use anything above tow/economy mode on it because of the stock transmission. I plan on doing some tandem towing with a 28' 5th wheel and a toy trailer behind that, or possibly a larger toy hauler, or an average sized boat. Probably never more than 12-15k lbs.
