Default What offset should I go with?

Im buying new wheels this week (XD778 Black) for my 04 ram 1500. I was wondering which offset I should go with? -44 or 35? IM going to wrap them with 33x12.50x18 Nitto Mud Grapplers in a few weeks. My BFG's stick out just a hair right now but there not 12.50" wide but I want the nittos to stick out a little more than the BFG's do now. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

They have a -44? That's huge... I think mine are -24 and my 12.50 tires stick out about 2 or 3 inches. Is there no offset in between those two?

Theres only those 2, which one would you go with? I want them to stick out a little like yours do but they only offer the -44 and 35

-44 is a tonn and for a 12.50 wide tire I think that'd be too much, it'd be a different story if the tire was wider. Are you completely set on those rims? Id say check some others out for an offset closer to mine if not the same. I have the XD Spys

I have a -12 on my 08 with a 305 terra grappler. They stuck out a good 2 inches. Just put on a set of bushwhackers pocket flares and they barely cover them. Check out my pics in the general discussion area. I think -44 or -35 is way too much.

ya, the choices are -44 or +35 and the 35 will make them stick in too much I believe. I really want these wheels.

Wow. -44 is gonna stick way out there and a +35 is gonna be tucked way. I don't know how much room the torsion fronts have but you may rub bad with the +35. 24mm is one inch I believe so your taking about a 3" difference there. When I went from a +19 to a -12 it was a huge difference to me which is about 1.5".

Yeah just go to another rim to get a better offset.
