2002 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 5.7 Quad Cab

I am having troubles with my rear passenger door lock. The only way i can unlock it is if it manually pull the lock up, and sometimes it wont even unlock that way. i can hear the door trying to unlock with i use the switch but it cannot unlock itself(ever). Can someone please help with this?

 

I can't remember where the door popper is on the back doors but i would take the door panel off and feel in there while someone jiggles the lock feel all the bars that are connected to it see if you can find where its jamming

 

i tried taking the back panel off to see if there was a jam anywhere but could not see anything out of the ordinary. Any other suggestions?

 

well does it lock on its own or are unlock and lock not working because if thats the case it will be a broken wire in the boot going from the door to the cab.
