Default Figured out my tire issue...

Even after new, narrower tires, it still appeared that the tires stuck out from the fenders a bit. Upon further inspection, it appeared that it was just on the passenger side, and the driver's side were flush. I attributed this to the angle that my truck sits on in it's parking spot, with the weight of the truck pushing it over on the sidewalls a bit. Possibly.

Took it in to get it inspected, again, and on the level floor of the bay, it still appeared the same way (though, not quite as pronounced). They were nice, and passed it (ok, my wife brought it in to have it done since she has ***** and I don't, and there was an item or two which might have been a bit subjective to getting passed. Yeah, I went there.), but I was kind of worried that this now shows I have bigger problems on my hands.

So, a cursory Google finds that this may be the result of a not-quite-perfectly aligned body when the body lift was installed. Is it correct in also finding that this isn't really hurting anything in the long-term? I've had it lifted for the better part of six years, now, and no major issues that have come up. Anything I really need to be worried about or look for? I've driven behind it before, and the truck doesn't crab walk down the road, like others I've seen with real suspension issues. I have an alignment scheduled for the 9th of January. Is it something I should mention when I bring it in?
