Default 20" wider than stock=snow sled

So my new tires just got their first taste of snow for the year. 305/55/20 Terra Grapplers. Great traction but not so much with the stopping. Slid right down my driveway like a sled. Guess ill have to be a little more carefull. Truck did slide a bit with the stock Goodyears.

Stopping is all about pounds per square inch of tire tread surface contact, so naturally a wider tire has the weight dispersed more. Put a couple hundred pounds of sand in the bed, right over the rear axle as close to the tire humps as possible and it'll help a good bit...
